I've been seeing these all over, and decided it was time to try to make my own! I did it! I used a sheet of laminating paper, and scrapbook paper. I then cut my scrap paper to size and cut the middle out. Placed it on the laminate sheet to one far side, and folded it over. Pressed it down with my bone folder. Cut it out but not to close to the edge. :-)
